Provides customers with a fast and direct service to complete payments for premiums
In a first step of its kind in the insurance sector in the State for Kuwait, Warba Insurance signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), with Credit Information Network Company, Ci-Net, to cooperate in the field of exchanging credit information for individual customers after completion of all legal, regulatory and technical requirements prescribed in this regard. Warba Insurance Company will benefit from the data and services provided by Ci-Net and will offer its customers fast and direct service when making premium payments.
The MOU was signed by Warba Insurance Chief Executive Officer, Anwar Al-Sabej, and Ci-Net Chief Executive Officer, Fahad Al-Menayes, and comes as part of Warba Insurance’s investments in improving and advancing policies designed to serve customers whether by insuring their boat, home or themselves when traveling. The Company has invested heavily in the development of policies that meet the unique needs of customer segments in Kuwait, in addition to investing in technological solutions to provide these services with the highest level of efficiency, reliability and speed.
Commenting on the MOU, Warba Insurance Chief Executive Officer, Anwar Al-Sabej, said: “Warba Insurance has adopted modern strategies over the years to respond to changes in local, regional and global markets, focusing primarily on preserving our customers’ best interests while conservatively managing risks related to the sector and ensuring the continuity of our services and competitiveness. Credit Information Network, Ci-Net, Chief Executive Officer, Fahad Al-Menayes pointed out that this type of cooperation will a secure a base for information of sound credit, which will contribute to improving the business environment and raising Kuwait’s credit rating in the Business Environment Improvement Index issued internationally.
