Kuwait, October 8, 2019: Warba Insurance today announced that it has completed its annual summer internship program which provides young graduates with the opportunity to learn about the divisions that support the insurance industry and gives them a hands-on experience about its fast-paced work environment.
Covering eight weeks, the internship program placed graduates into the financial sales, human resources and administration divisions of the Company where the interns worked in teams and gained new skills that give them perspective to their academic curriculum.
Speaking of the program, Mr. Husain Arab , (Marketing and PR Team Leader) , said: “At Warba Insurance, we focus on enabling young adults so they can experience a full-time work environment and apply what they have theoretically acquired during their years at university. Our program is also designed to empower them at work by giving them a space to share their fresh ideas and views and gain the capabilities they need to grow and excel.”
