Warba Insurance Company, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility commitments and its digital transformation blueprint, last week launched its online appointment booking system in collaboration with Skiplino, a leading provider of virtual queue solutions.
The Covid19 impacted the globe and while all countries are easing their lock down measures, people are still worried about returning to their normal life. Safety measures are paramount, our clients and the public demand their day-to-day interactions with the wider economy are safe and secure, which is why Warba Insurance Company moved to provide a safe and hassle free environment for its clients who wish to visit its branches in person. In addition to providing all of the hygiene measures prescribed by the Ministry of Health and complying with all the Council of Ministers recommendations, WARBA decided to go a step further and leverage state-of-the-art technology to ensure the safety of its clients while providing them with a seamless service in its branches. Warba is deploying Skiplino, a virtual queue management system that enables it to manage the flow of clients into its physical branches. Clients can download the application onto their mobiles and in few easy steps book and confirm their appointments. This way, social distancing requirements can be easily met while ensuring that clients can still have their business done at a minimum level of health risk.
